No WIWW post today- I'm super busy with a breakfast date, meetings, events, and homework all day. I just wanted to drop by and share what I'm packing for spring break (see this post for what I'm wearing on the plane).
As I was doing some blog hopping I came across some tips on what to pack when you're traveling. They (I cannot remember where I saw it!) suggested to pack in one color tone so you can easily mix and match pieces. What a genius idea! Why didn't I think of this before?!
I'm choosing to pack in the blue color family because that's what I own most of! I figured I have enough pieces that I can mix things up depending on my mood. The weather is iffy where I'm headed so it's essential that I bring along some light pieces that can easily be layered. I'm also packing a comfy cross-body bag for lots of hands free shopping!

Great idea about packing one color tone! I'll keep this in mind when I go to Africa in May :)
A monocromatic packing list is a great idea! I definitely need to try that next time hubby and I vacation! Hope you have fun girlie!

Now THAT is a tip worth remembering. Our students go on Spring Break March 19th. I on the other hand will be working. Have a great time on your trip!
